I have left Price Bailey after about 17years as after Covid they did not return to the office and I then began to find their service inadequate when they were working from home ( examples - call 5 people and no answers the phone or can’t be contacted, emails being sent at 10.30pm ! …… no telephone calls to follow up urgent emails ). I was told home working suits them just fine but it was in my mind a poor service from my early days experience. I took my frustrations to Martin at the very top but once he delegated it he never followed it up or returned my calls again.

DO NOT USE. This company have given me direct advice that has harmed my business no end. They told me to stay as a sole trader instead of becoming a limited company, but because of that my annual tax was £18,000 in January and £24,000 in July - whereas it would be next to nothing compared as a limited company. Also due to this advice, we have been harmed by a con company and as we are not a company, this has come from my own money. No advice, no help, cost over £10,000 for a year for a service that my new accountant provides for £2,000 a year. Avoid if you don't want to be bent over and screwed.
