I recently completed the purchase of my new build property with Eastman Solicitors. My overall experience was mixed at the outset, as there were delays due to miscommunications between the builder’s solicitor and Eastman Solicitors for the exchange of contracts.However, these matters were subsequently resolved in a professional manner.
