One Star - Extremely Disappointed! I had a terrible experience with Primus Solicitors. I went through their Google reviews and thought they were the best, but honestly, all those reviews seem fake. I handed over my case, made the payment, and after that, they completely ignored my calls. I repeatedly asked them to schedule an appointment with Kashif, but every time, I was told he wasn’t available. The management, especially Rukhsana, is the worst I’ve encountered. The staff is completely inexperienced, and it’s clear they’re just looking to make money rather than actually helping clients. If you’re thinking the positive reviews are genuine, think again they’re all fake. If you believe they’ll guide you or offer any real help, you’re mistaken. They don’t know what they’re doing. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I have always had a smooth process for my visas with Primus Solicitors. Nimrah Iqbal was so very helpful with my ILR process. My ILR process went smoothly and I have so much confidence in them for my further applications. Thank you so much.

I am really disappointed with them , I was with them from the beginning when they had a small office in Rusholme they were very humbled then. Now you have to call 100 times to speak to Kashif. I have recommended this place to hundreds but no more.
