Must read before visiting them,I contacted Primus Solicitors because I was specifically looking for a legal aid solicitor for my asylum case. I clearly explained my situation and asked whether they had a solicitor available under legal aid. They told me that a solicitor was available and then asked me to send all of my documents, which I provided as requested. The very next day, I received a call from one of their team members, Atif, who told me that he had reviewed my case and that he could book me an appointment for a consultation. Based on what I had been told, I travelled all the way from Liverpool to Manchester to attend their office. Here is the most disgusting part: they took my consultation fee first, and immediately after I paid, they told me that they could not take my case and that I would have to find a private solicitor instead. Seriously? Why did you ask me to send all my documents, tell me that a solicitor was available, review my case, book me an appointment, make me travel from Liverpool to Manchester, and then take my money before telling me that you could not represent me? This is an absolutely unprofessional, misleading and disgraceful way to treat someone who is already dealing with an asylum case and looking for legal aid. If you knew from the beginning that you could not take my case, you should have told me BEFORE wasting my time, making me travel, and charging me a consultation fee. I am extremely disappointed and angry with the way I was treated. Think twice before approaching this firm. In my experience, their communication was completely unacceptable and the whole process felt like an absolute waste of my time and money. I would strongly advise people to ask very clearly whether their case is actually eligible and whether the firm can take it under legal aid BEFORE travelling to their office or paying any fees. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

If there is less than one i would put it . The stuff are not respecting clients neither they have any professionalism. I booked appointment and went there and spent almost 3 hours and i even couldn’t got the legal aid ; because they couldn’t answer my questions after they waste my time then because the employee didn’t like me she refuse my case after wasting my time. Really the worst treatment that you would see ever. Thank goodness that i didn’t give sign for them to represent my case . They are really horrible and respectful to clients at all. What an answer? I am not a client then why did you give an appointment and waste 3 hours from my time with you employee whose treating people with arrogance and looks down on people. I lost my kids vaccination date and my lunch time so she with all disrespect to me as a client said she don’t like me she will not take the case after i spent three hours with arrogance like if she’s the only in UK for legal aid😏 You don’t have any professionalism i heard from people and i feel hesitant before i come but i saw it with my all eyes when i come.
