I am honestly shocked and appalled by the conduct of Prince Evans Solicitors. I feel completely betrayed. A former senior partner at the firm, who I trusted and worked with directly on a sensitive planning matter for my company, is now linked to the firm’s ongoing legal action against me—in the very same matter he helped orchestrate. This isn’t just poor form—it feels like a profound breach of trust. At the time, he personally reassured me that he was acting in my best interest. I relied on that advice, spent over £400,000 based on what I was told, and now the firm is representing people against me using the very agreement he helped set up. Even more disturbing, the solicitor in question had a direct financial interest in the issue and personally selected and negotiated with another law firm to "advise" me—one that was paid using funds collected by the very people now suing me. This feels like a total conflict of interest and I can’t believe it's even allowed. The whole situation has caused enormous damage to me and my company, costing hundreds of thousands in losses. I’ve reported the matter to the SRA and I urge anyone thinking of using this firm—especially in complex or multi-party matters—to be very, very careful. I will never trust them again.

Our experience of conveyancing and selling/buying houses was minimal. All I can say is thank heavens we had the fortune to have Karla Dudley at Prince Evans to support us. Her support, guidance and commitment to helping us to finalise our sale and exchange on our new house was exemplary. I honestly believe that we wouldn't have been able to proceed without her support. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was available when we needed her in an emergency. Absolutely recommend this solicitor.
