I have no reservations about recommending Prior Knowledge to anyone, who is looking to plan for what happens to their estate when they die. Marcos Kallou provided an excellent, friendly and professional service. He visited me at home by appointment, asked pertinent questions about my priorities and wishes and then offered clear and very helpful advice, based on what I told him. When he told me what it would cost for him to write my Will, I was amazed, it was half of what I'd been charged by a local solicitor in 2012. I have already recommended him to a friend, who is also very pleased with how he's helped her.

When we first consulted Marcos he visited us at home and, because of our circumstances at this time, advised us that we needed to take certain steps before making our wills. There was no pressure from him to get it all in hand as soon as possible. Some time later when everything was in place Marcos visited us again and discussed what we wanted in our wills giving us advice on any pitfalls that might affect beneficiaries. Throughout we found Marcos very helpful. The wills were drawn up and he arranged to bring them to us for signing one evening when our witnesses could be present to sign them. We have no hesitation in recommending Marcos to anyone who requires a will written. He was efficient, kept us up to date at each step, provided good advice and had a very pleasant manner too.

Marcos came to the rescue when my husband and I finally got around to setting up a will. He sat down with us initially for an informal chat, answering all our questions and patiently explaining the process. He's a fountain of legal knowledge! He also set up Lasting Powers of Attorney, something we perhaps foolishly had failed to even consider. The process was very fluid and didn't take long at all.
