I used Prosperity Law on two occasions, for the purchase of my new residence and subsequently for the sale of my old residence. The Prosperity team - in particular Warren - proved themselves to be highly competent, knowledgeable, and efficient, but also very helpful, patient and available. The combination of these qualities, along with their very fair and reasonable pricing, made the whole experience straightforward and painless, and I would recommend this firm to anyone. I should add that we are clients based in the Midlands and so nowhere near Manchester, but this proved no impediment at all. Prosperity’s name came to us by recommendation from a large real estate institution who use them often, and I can only echo that recommendation.

I have just completed my sale and purchase of a new property and I was recommended the services of Warren and Prosperity Law. The recommendation was spot-on. The service I received was excellent and refreshing. Warren’s communication was often and efficient so you never feel like you’re in the dark. He is also very friendly and you really feel like you’ve got someone looking out for your best interests. They are using some good technology and systems to help with updates and and it’s easy to progress through the process. Francesca has been absolutely fantastic to deal with on a property transaction which was complex and required diligent management.
