Cíara was terrific and helpful all through the process, which was a complicated new build apartment in a historic building with many stakeholders; estate agents, delayed developers, stamp duty on top of the normal conveyancing. Cíara was always available by phone, or email and very fast to respond which is invaluable for clients to see the progress and challenge some difficult legal items. Many thanks!!
