We sold our house and purchased one using prosperity Law for both, and when I say we were over the moon with their performance. We really mean this, not only did they deal with every aspect of the sale and purchase. They did this with such professionalism and expertise, Many thanks to all the team especially Gill Bebbington, for her patience, and also helping to explain all the processes step by step. Making our end easily manageable to say the least. We would have no hesitation in turning to prosperity Law again. We were very nervous when we first decided to sell, but how different and confident we felt after Gill and the team helped us to achieve our goal. As a first time buyer, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the level of service I experienced with Minaa and her colleagues at Prosperity Law. Minaa was a breeze to communicate with via email, and the firm as a whole was easy to reach over the phone. When I had some time-sensitive enquiries shortly before completion, this was a huge help. Unusual or complex aspects of my purchase such as buying a flat with high ground rent and in a tall building with cladding were clearly no problem for Minaa and her colleagues to handle! I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to in this case. The sale of our property was dealt with by Amelia Sokolowska who was a credit to Prosperity Law. She was effective, efficient and notably differentiated from previous solicitors we have used by her proactive and clear communication with us, which we have not found when using other firms. It was a complex sale due to the property being a new-build and the buyers solicitors unfortunately sent a number of rude and unprofessional emails which Amelia dealt with extremely professionally and persevered to get the sale done. My husband works in property and is now planning on using Amelia for his upcoming transactions. Thank you Amelia.
