We had Steph help us with our purchase being our solicitor. I know people say how much of a pain it is to buy and sell but Steph at Pullen Davies made it easy. We had a struggle with one of our sales falling through but Steph pulled through and got us going again with great pace and we managed to get our dream home so quickly after finding a new buyer. Couldn’t thank Steph and the people at Pullen Davies enough. Now me, my wife and unborn child get to grow and mould in the house of our dreams. Thank you Steph.

Sadly we ended up having a terrible experience with Pullen Davies. Communication was extremely slow, often involving multiple emails until I got a reply. The fees involved for not going through with the sale were not confirmed until MANY MONTHS later when we received a backdated invoice. Despite us making our fee concerns clear before the process, we felt that they were not taken into account even though James had multiple attempts on the phone to clarify costings before and after the process. PLEASE NOTE - If you do not go through with the sale, Pullen Davies may charge you MORE than the original quote for the service!

We have been using Stephanie Tellam at Pullen Davies, our father passed away and we have to close his company, which consists of a very large property portfolio. Stephanie has been amazing dealing with the sale of over 50 houses. She has kept me updated all the way, helping with site visits when the buyers have wanted more information on boundary questions that I didn't know. I have found her knowledge and expertise amazing; her compassion and care is great. I highly recommend Pullen Davies, especially Stephanie Tellam.

Nigel and the team at Pullen Davies were brilliant with a complex transfer of equity I recently instructed them on. Email responses were prompt and efficient, I even received replies over the weekend! Incredibly easy to deal with and the whole experience felt very personal.

Amazing! The whole process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. The staff who work in the office were excellent and always available to answer any queries I had. Particular Thanks to Alia who professionally continued to manage the completion of my sale during the challenging times of Covid-19. I would highly recommend Pullen Davies Solicitors to anyone looking for conveyancing and will definitely use them on my next purchase.
