I recently bought my first home and had no idea of what to expect. Carla made the experience seem like a breeze. She answered any questions I had (and there were quite a few), like it was no trouble at all. Every interaction was so easy and friendly which really put my mind at ease. I'd recommend Carla in a heart beat, she was brilliant from start to finish.

I recently purchased my first home and I cannot recommend Carla enough she went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything that was happening the whole process. There was a problem with documentation for the house which she spotted and got this sorted within a matter of months which could have taken a lot longer but she pushed to get it sorted because she knew I had my heart set on this house and because of her I was able to safely purchase my home. Every time I rang Quigley, Grant and Kyle the ladies at reception were always pleasant and professional and transferred me straight through to Carla.

Carla was so helpful and courteous to our house move explaining the many legal and conflicting issues we had buying our new home. I feel I've learned a little about it and could not be more happy with the way they do business, Always keeping us informed with all problems and fees associated. Carla handled a sale of a property for myself. From the moment I advised Carla I was selling the property she was nothing but helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me. I cannot recommend Carla enough. I used different solicitors before in Derry for conveyancing and I can tell you Carla is miles ahead of the rest. Easily one of the best solicitors in the North of Ireland.
