I cannot recommend Ben at Quills, Wills and Probate Ltd highly enough. My first meeting with Ben was on a Sunday, yes Sunday, the 16th of November 2025, which immediately showed his dedication and genuine care. From the very beginning, he made an incredibly difficult and emotional process feel manageable. When probate was applied for, it was granted in under 10 working days, which was far quicker than I expected. Throughout the entire process, Ben was calm, thoughtful, and exceptionally clear in his communication. He was always mindful of grief and emotions, explaining everything in a way that never felt rushed or overwhelming. Ben has outstanding business ethics and a reassuring presence, he made me feel supported, understood, and confident that everything was being handled properly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his professionalism was matched with real compassion. If you are dealing with probate and want someone you can truly trust at a very vulnerable time, Ben is the person to go to.

We've taken our time getting our wills done as we have been trying to find the right person who would not only write a will, but would give us sound tax planning advice around our relatively complex estate. That's when we found Ben. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a jargon free manner. Needless to say we can rest assured in the knowledge that if the worst were to happen, we have a solid plan in place! Ben also helped us with our LPAs.
