This solicitors firm was amazing for me in the purchase of my house. I was a first time buyer and had so many questions. Fawaz was brilliant at getting back to me in great time and made me feel at ease from the first time I spoke with him. Would definitely recommend!!

I was very impressed with the service that I received from R & A solicitors, as a first time house buyer I was at first quite unsure of what to expect but I was guided throughout the journey smoothly and everything went well. I want to give a special thanks to Saif Ali who handled my case, he was very helpful throughout it all and answered all the questions that I had for him very clearly. Avoid them, they have a solicitor called Chand Singh, he has released all the funds to the seller 'Atif Malik' labelled himself as so called property tycoon of Manchester because he was his close friend, without getting the charges removed of the seller's lender, over a year I am chasing them and they are just kept on promising but haven't done anything yet. I have asked many times the director of the firm Mr. Saqab Shahzad to look into this, but he always says to me that he is looking into it, but so far, no solution has been given. This firm has already been reported to SRA for such misconduct in completing and releasing the funds to the seller without removing the charges. 19th Aug 2025 As the review doesn't have an option to reply, therefore I have put a date here and replying against the owner claim that many of the charges have been removed and a small number of charges are pending its a complete lie as of now, you are giving an impression here that we are talking about 100's of charges, there are total 5 Charges and none of them (even a single one) as we speak on 19th Aug 2025 has been released as yet, my concern is why in earth you have released the payments to your client without removing the charges, its a clear breach of your undertaking and serious misconduct. Extremely disappointed how unprofessionally R&A Solicitor has handled this case by serving the seller (Atif Malik) because he is a friend of the solicitor of R&A (Chand Singh).
