⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were highly recommended to use Rands Solicitors in Scunthorpe, and Jonathan dealt with the probate for us. From start to finish, the service was absolutely fantastic. Jonathan was incredibly efficient, fast and straightforward — there was no messing around, and he kept us updated and in contact throughout the whole process. At what was already a difficult time for our family, having everything dealt with so quickly and professionally made such a difference. My partner and I instructed Rands when buying our first home, after a recommendation from a friend. Compared to other solicitors, Rands were cheaper but provided a great service. Larissa, our solicitor, was incredible and kept us updated throughout the process and was always quick to respond to our queries. Other members of the team also stepped in to communicate with us when Larissa was away so we were never left long without any contact. While our sellers' solicitors were slow at various points, Larissa always made sure that things were dealt with promptly at our end. We live down south but had no problem posting documents (we just had the Post Office verify our IDs) and we were able to communicate primarily through email which is extremely helpful when working full-time. I would highly recommend Rands to anyone.
