Hugely disappointed with my experience. Whilst the lady on reception was utterly lovely, my solicitor was rude, arrogant and made me feel stupid for asking for more clarity/understanding. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely useless... A group of people who haven't a clue what they're doing. Serious lack of communication, take no responsibility or ownership for the situation they're paid to assist with & overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
