Through the long process of conveyancing for my leasehold purchase, I cannot praise Ann enough for her excellent communication and work until completion . Davey Law were a great team to deal with for our house purchase. As first-time buyers they made sure we were well informed throughout the process. Everything was timely, clear and transparent. I have used Davey Law multiple times for both buying and selling of a property. Each time I had Ann who was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Everything was provided such as prompt responses, frequent updates when necessary, effecient action to anything requiring attention, and was all around friendly and easy to work with. I don't have anything negative to say from both experiences and would use Davey Law again, and recommend to others.

THINK TWICE BEFORE ENGAGING. I am very dissatisfied with the service received from the property department at Davey Law - i am disatisfied with the initial advice i was given (which i was required to get a 2nd opinion on), the way my case was drawn out when i belive it could have been settled much more quickly and above all i am unhappy with the fees that escalated from an initail quite of £550 to over £8000. Part of these fees were covered by the other party - but they refused to pay all the fees as they considered them unreasonably high. I am also hugely disatisfied with the in-house complaints procedure - and am strongly considering taking the matter to the Legal Ombudsman who i believe will take a very dim view of what went on.
