Excellent service. If you have any issues, I strongly recommend you seek advice from Reeds. You will pay, of course, but it's fair and the support is well worth the money. My issue was resolved satisfactorily and without the legal service I am not sure it would have been. What seems simple isn't and their experience tells.

I PK got involved inadvertently with a TFL case . Due to some oversight and technical issues I was flagged off by TFL inspection at London Bridge Tube station on 14th May 2025 while using zip oyster card. I was really scared.. I was issued notice by TFL and thereafter I approached Mr Nathan a excellent solicitor and fantastic human being full of professional acumen ,work ethos and deep knowledge of legal and human issues related to TFL cases He heard me patiently and keenly with lot of empathy and came out with a very sure and legal line of handling the case. He drafted and sent an exceptionally well thought out reply to TFL which resulted in closure of my case with a simple caution from TFL. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services provided by Mr Nathan, a person to approach if one gets into some trouble with TFL. Thank you

We are so grateful to Nathan and the team for liaising with Chiltern Railway on behalf of our son resulting in an out of court settlement. Their communication was excellent with us throughout the process. They were able to communicate directly with the legal department at Chiltern Railway when we were not and helped us to provide all the necessary information required to come to a settlement.
