I would strongly advise avoiding this solicitor firm. My experience with them was extremely disappointing due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall unreliability. I was supposed to receive important paperwork which was never provided to me, even after repeatedly requesting it. The delays and complete lack of communication caused me serious financial inconvenience and unnecessary stress. The solicitor handling my matter, Lucie Sudbury, was consistently unresponsive and failed to meet even basic expectations. She demonstrated poor time management, lacked diligence, and showed very little integrity throughout the process. To make matters worse, the firm assigned me a barrister named Jon Tarrant from Angel Chambers, whose conduct was completely unprofessional. Rather than supporting me, he would often speak to me in an aggressive, dismissive, and condescending manner. On multiple occasions, he shouted at me without cause, especially when I was simply trying to explain my side. His cheeky and arrogant attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. As a client, I expected guidance, respect, and competence — but I received none of those things from this firm or the barrister they appointed. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Please save yourself the stress and go with a solicitor who will actually communicate, act professionally, and treat you with respect.

Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Professionalism and Accountability I regret to say that my experience with Clive Rees & Associates has been deeply disappointing. After being found not guilty in court, the court ruled that my legal costs were to be reimbursed in full. Lucie was responsible for facilitating this reimbursement, yet months have passed, and I have received neither the funds nor a clear explanation for the delay. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and even in-person visits, Lucie has failed to provide any meaningful updates or action. My attempts to get clarity have been met with evasive responses and false promises, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. This lack of professionalism and communication has caused significant financial inconvenience and stress. As a client, I expected integrity, diligence, and timely resolution—basic tenets of legal representation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I cannot recommend Clive Rees & Associates to anyone seeking reliable legal support. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Clive Rees & Associates to improve their client care standards in the future.

Rhys from this firm was amazing after a debt collector started chasing me for a 6 year old fine, allegedly for a driving offence I knew nothing about, because they sent it to my old address. Rhys was on duty in the Magistrates Court when I went to do my statutory declaration, and went above and beyond to help, as a result the ridiculous claim was completely dismissed, along with the fine. Rhys didn't just do his job, he put my mind at rest and made me feel completely confident in court. I'd recommend anyone in need of a lawyer in Swansea contacts this firm.

Clive Rees is a very kind Professional Solicitor, with many years of experience to his credit. I sincerely wish I had known of him, before my former Solicitor, badly advised me to change my pleas to guilty in an Animal Welfare case. Lets hope Clive and his team can sort this mess out.

My company is owed thousands from this company and Lucie (Manager) is ignoring me to avoid payment! I have tried and tried but to no avail. Frustrating!
