Rich & Carr have been our family’s solicitors for years for Wills and Conveyancing - we have found all services to be excellent … in March 2025 our solicitor, Elliot Tildesley (Elliot specialises in Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing and Company Law) and his team undertook a complicated house move (two houses to one) and although stressful for us they got us to the exchange/completion/moving date. Would highly recommend the firm.

This company let me down on a numerous of occasions, I was meant to have a meeting today for them to leave it 1 hour before the meeting to email me to say I have to fill a form out and a payment must be upfront - this meeting was booked weeks ago (why do companies like this leave everything to the last minute) When I emailed the receptionist to book in and send a brief email of what I needed doing nobody got in touch with me it was me doing all the running about. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY
