Rich & Carr have been our family’s solicitors for years for Wills and Conveyancing - we have found all services to be excellent … in March 2025 our solicitor, Elliot Tildesley (Elliot specialises in Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing and Company Law) and his team undertook a complicated house move (two houses to one) and although stressful for us they got us to the exchange/completion/moving date. Would highly recommend the firm.

Completely incompetent. Avoid like the plague. We've been waiting 15 months for probate and, as far as I can tell, we're no nearer now than we were at the start. Total lack of communication. Twice now, our case has been dropped due to staff leaving and, in both instances, no one picked it up until WE asked for an update. If you have any need for a solicitor, go elsewhere.
