I can only talk from the experience of a phone call in response to them as I had not been on with a CCL . The call with one of the secretaries was very gaslighting and unfriendly. It seem to put me in a position where they lie and believe in my case it was not possible to appeal my conviction plus sentence just based on a plea. They seem to think in simpleton ways to automatically decide what is or isn’t possible. Rude secretary who kept on going on when saying I’m at work where I would press the hang up button to end the call. I would not recommend them and feel they’re best to cease to exist due to their poor staff and communication with their clients. Arrogant staff!

Waste of time, I’ve gone elsewhere. I called them on Thursday afternoon with an enquiry, was told by front desk that everyone is busy but somebody will call me back either the same afternoon or the next day. We’re now a week later and still no call back from them. I appreciate you’re all super busy but don’t promise something to your potential customer who is happy to give their money and business to you, something that you cannot deliver. It’s an extremely poor customer service. It takes 30 seconds to call back saying we apologise but we’re too busy/not interested/cannot help you. I hate leaving any negative feedback but I’m really unhappy with the service I received. Hope you improve your customer approach.
