Wished we had never used you for my dear mother in laws estate. You are a woeful Company with true review record on Trust Pilot , one out of 5. So many reasons to corroborate this. Death in Feb 2024, simple will with 2 Bank accounts to close and here we are 17 months later and still nowhere near completed. Maybe something to do with your decision to give us 4 different case officers over this time. Documents family members supplied at your request lapsed in your hands and so had to be re done. Threats to go to the Ombudsman were met with we are not worried by this attitude, it won't change matters. Continual discontent and chasing has made no difference. There is no oversight, accountability or a performance culture in your organisation, just complicity and farcical mismanagement of loved ones assets. They would turn in their graves if they knew this was happening.

Time to re-write our existing Will - Simpson Solicitors at the Kingswood office provide an excellent, first class, prompt service, nothing too much trouble - our contact with the Wills Team Leader provided a very professional service with excellent communication skills. More than happy to recommned.

Awful, avoid like the plague. They had taken on the wills from a local Oxford law firm and pressured my old and vulnerable parents into paying up front nearly 2000 pounds for services they did not need, and didn't understand. After my brother found out he got them to return half, but we received no useful service whatsoever for the money. They took months to reply to any communication, did not deliver even the service we paid them for and are in general an absolute disgrace to the legal profession.

As the executor in my father-in-law's will, I found Right Probate online and was given a free consultancy to explain what to expect from the process and an indication of price. As this was significantly lower than a local firm I decided to go with them. As always, the level of service usually depends on who you actually deal with. I was immensely fortunate to have one of Right Probate's solicitors, Darcy Blaney, looking after the probate along with her highly efficient Administrator Ellis. I cannot fault Darcy's work. Her attention to detail, excellent, professional and prompt communication were perfect for the whole process. I'm not sure how she managed it but she always responded to queries and I would never expect any solicitor to send emails on a Friday evening (21:22!) or on a Saturday morning as she did. She explained some of the complexities of the probate issues we faced in simple, easy to understand terms and even helped organise difficult ID checks. She made the whole process much easier and more efficient than I could ever of imagined. I cannot recommend Darcy (and Ellis) highly enough.

Our family has had a deeply frustrating and upsetting experience with Right Legal Group while dealing with the estate of a loved one. The firm claimed the right to act as executor but repeatedly failed to provide any legal documentation to support this. Despite numerous written requests, they avoided key questions, delayed the process, and created unnecessary stress during a time of grief. We’ve now submitted a formal complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge others to be extremely cautious and seek alternative legal advice before engaging with this firm.
