After my initial telephone consultation with Rachel, I knew I was going to use RJS Family Law for my financial proceedings. She was the only solicitor that I felt really cared about what the client wanted and would fight for it. I instructed Rachel for my FDR in January 2025. She prepared my position statement and created the court bundle. She took my instructions throughout by asking how involved I wanted her to be in the process in order to keep costs to a minimum. I gathered all the evidence from my ex-husband and then provided it to Rachel so she could create the bundle. She advised me on my position and also listened to what I wanted to achieve and why. At the FDR, it was clear that she understood the facts of my case as she was able to defend points raised by my ex-husband. I was able to reach a positive settlement at the FDR which would not have been possible without Rachel’s help. She was very approachable and we had a lovely conversation whilst waiting to be called in. Although her hourly rate may be high, her communication is clear and concise so you’re not wasting money on unnecessarily long communication. In the end, I didn’t end up paying as much as I had anticipated. The service I received was worth every penny. I would recommend RJS Family Law to anyone needing assistance with family of child matters. They care about their clients and want the best for them.

Rachel is top notch. She came recommended in the first place which says a lot, but I personally found her to be professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient in all responses and actions. I had an initial consultation with Rachel at RJS Family Law and was really impressed by the way they specialise in cases involving narcissistic behaviour. After speaking with several solicitors, my consultation with Rachel really stood out. She was open, honest, and transparent, and most importantly, she truly understood the unique challenges in these types of cases.
