To good to be true! I was wary at first after seeing an ad on Facebook and not being familiar with RLK solicitors.i had a Google myself and decided to proceed with my claim. I was put under no pressure at all and was given time to read through the documents and ask any questions. My doubts were quickly taken away by the prompt and reassuring professional service that I received from RLK. I have received my intial payment already within a month and I am now awaiting a second payment agreed by salon gold. I really didn’t expect this amount of money RLK took everything out of my hands and made things easy for myself. I now feel like I have received some compensation and acknowledgment after being let down by my insurance company of many years at a time when my business needed them the most. A reputable no strings attached company. Highly recommend! Thankyou so much for putting my case forward.

After over a year of our insurance company stalling on a payout for Covid Business Interruption, I contacted RLK solicitors after they were recommended to me. After seeing a Facebook post about Salon Gold business interuption covid payouts I (although very dubious )decided to contact RLK solicitors. I held out no hope after having my claim turned down in 2020 but felt I had nothing to loose. I was sceptical in the beginning however put the claim forward and within couple days had a response and interim offer ! I was delighted with how efficient this firm was and definitely worth the fee they charge for their service. Anyone with salon gold hair and beauty interruption insurance should definitely use this firm of solicitors to deal with their claim. I dealt with Jamie Mackenzie and could not stress enough with how effectively he dealt with my claim.. well done 10 stars if I could!
