I had a really good experience with Rose & Rose. Ash Islam and Amber Khinda were great to work with. They were always quick to respond, and Ash would call when something important came up. I had to pull out of a first purchase quite late on due to some issues with the flat, and they were brilliant throughout — helping me understand the problems and talking through the options, which helped me make a difficult decision. With the second purchase, which went really smoothly and completed in a couple of months, they kept everything moving and kept me up to date throughout. They made things feel really straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

We recently bought and sold a property with support from Rose and Rose. Ash Islam and Amber Khinda were excellent throughout and helped us navigate the complexities of buyers dropping out, probate, and much more. They were incredibly responsive from the first phone call through to completion and gave us sound advice throughout. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for a competent, trustworthy solicitor in the Kingston area.

I've just sold one flat and bought another, and my experience with Rose & Rose has been excellent. Ash Islam (ably assisted by Amber Khinda) was friendly and communicative throughout, never too busy not to return my calls, and though there were wobbles on the way, he kept me fully informed throughout. We used Rose & Rose for the sale of our house and buying a new one. Ash and Amber were excellent from start-to-finish. Super responsive, easy to deal with, and able let us know what was going on at each stage. Would highly recommend Rose & Rose.
