I reached out to Rajinder after my first UK spouse visa was rejected. I couldn't risk using the same solicitor for my 2nd application, so I found Raj by googling immigration solicitors in Southampton area, and was impressed with the reviews done by his previous clients. Raj was very responsive, arranged for an in-person meeting, and listened to my situation, and confirmed my options. I appreciated having a professional listening to what I had been going through by that point, including how Home Office ignored my passport request, and reassured me of my options going forward. The new visa application had a quick turnover, as Raj was able to put the package together after I submitted all the requested documents, and accommodated my schedule of having to leave the UK before my 6 month was up. He even offered to submit the application on a Sunday because he was busy on the following Monday. All in all, great experience working with Raj. He followed up at each step of the visa application process, all the way til the end of eVisa registration, so I felt I was being well taken care of. I sincerely recommend Raj for anyone seeking a UK visa.

I can't recommend this Law firm highly enough we had the pleasure of working with Dalvinder on 2 occasions preparing visa documents for my wife . He is very professional yet very warming understanding and patient both times he lead us through the application process taking care of every detail . Our next and hopefully our final application is due in 2027 and you can be assured we will be returning to see Dalvinder to get us over the line .

Having been turned down by several solicitors as an impossible immigration case , my family were given the name of this group of solicitors by a friend and more importantly Rajinda Rathore’ name as the person to contact. I’m just so grateful for that recommendation . This gentleman refused to give up. Right from the first appointment , Where we explained all the circumstances ,he gave us hope . That hope was to gain a visa for my Daughters fiancé against a lot of odds . Through many many hoops and serious hurdles that were thrown at us he continued to very quietly but firmly keep us going and not to lose that hope. As a mother I cannot tell you how Raj calm ,gentle ,never wavering support was a life line when things felt so bleak . He never gave up , and wouldn’t let us either !
