Steve Tutchings has been incredible during the sale and purchase of our homes. Super quick on replies and very in the loop. I recently purchased a retirement flat in Devon using Rundlewalker, dealing mainly with Monika Buckland, and cannot recommend their/her services highly enough. Compared to previous experiences of solicitors' practices (in terms of speed of response, clarity of message etc.) they are a class apart. Most highly recommend.
