I had a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience with Sabz Solicitors. Despite paying for their services, they failed to conduct an administrative review after my visa refusal, which was a clear breach of contract and a failure to provide competent and timely service. This failure potentially breaches the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Handbook, specifically Principle 4 (acting with honesty, integrity, and transparency) and Principle 5 (acting in the best interests of clients). Furthermore, the firm's claims and actions were misleading, and I was misled about the services I was receiving. The fee waiver application they submitted was refused, but what's even more concerning is that another solicitor from a different office was able to achieve a successful outcome with the same information. This raises serious questions about the competence and expertise of Sabz Solicitors. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services, as they may not have your best interests at heart. The firm's failure to provide adequate service and their potential breaches of professional conduct have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I hope that the firm will take steps to improve their services and conduct in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this organization. I initially contacted the company regarding my visa situation and was reassured that my case would be handled properly. I was asked to pay £1,500 upfront without a proper initial consultation to fully assess my circumstances, despite clearly explaining my situation from the beginning. After payment, a caseworker was assigned. I again explained my circumstances in detail and was assured that I would be properly represented. I was asked to submit all required documents, which I did promptly. However, after some time, I was informed that key requirements were missing and that the risk of proceeding was high—something that should have been identified before requesting full payment. As I did not wish to proceed with a high-risk application, I requested a refund. I was then told that only £750 would be refunded, even though the issue arose due to their failure to properly assess my case at the outset. Since then, I have called several times requesting my full refund, but I continue to be passed around without resolution. I do not believe it is fair or professional to take full payment without proper evaluation and then place the financial burden on the client. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
