I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I paid several hundred pounds for my cousin’s visitor visa and, in hindsight, regret not reading independent reviews beforehand. My experience was wholly unsatisfactory, both in the outcome and the service provided. Communication was consistently poor, with significant difficulty in speaking directly to those handling the case, and the person dealing with my case did not appear to be a qualified solicitor. At one stage, I was advised to contact my MP for assistance with the visa, an entirely inappropriate suggestion given the circumstances. This, along with other concerns, has led me to question the company’s professional standards. I have referred the matter to the relevant authorities for further investigation. Based on my experience, I cannot place any trust in the positive reviews about this firm and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution before instructing them.

This is our third experience with Sabz solicitors and we couldn’t be happier, every time has been perfect. Our solicitor Raiyana Patel, did an absolutely amazing job. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Me and my wife can’t thank her enough for changing our lives and we will forever be thankful to her! Throughout the process she has always responded quickly and clearly putting any worry we had to rest, she was always there to help whenever we needed her, we knew we were in great hands and that eased our minds throughout this process. Getting a lawyer was the best decision we could have ever made. I have been trying to immigrate to the uk for about 2 years now to live with my husband. And the way the system is designed is meant to confuse the everyday person. We tried to do it ourself first and eventually consulted a lawyer that really helped us figure out where we went wrong. Were in our early 20s and it all was so overwhelming. We also had very little money. My husband being disabled and me being not allowed to work while I immigrated. It was fixed rate from sabz that took our circumstances into account. Anisa was so lovely while she helped us out. And eventually she had to go on maturity leave since the home office dragged out our case for so long. But that didn't mean we were given any less quality of service. She transferred the handling of our case to the head of their immigration department. Shabnam saw us through this nightmare. She was confident in our strong case. I hope my review can assure anyone that is making the decision to immigrate or consult a lawyer. Even younger poor disabled folks like us were helped, which still boggles my mind. GET A LAWYER, save yourself a 2+ year nightmare.
