Reviews
If I could give Mark from S A M Solicitors in Stratford, East London, a negative five-star review, I’d do it in a heartbeat—sadly, the lowest I can go is one star, and even that feels too generous. My experience with this so-called "professional" was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I tried to explain my situation, Mark made it abundantly clear he had no interest in listening. I’d barely get a sentence out before he’d cut me off, dismissing my concerns with a condescending tone that made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. It’s as if he’d already made up his mind before as soon as he heard my voice, arrogant doesn’t even begin to cover it. His unprofessionalism was staggering. Instead of offering any semblance of help or understanding, he treated me like an annoyance, speaking down to me like I was some clueless child rather than a client seeking assistance. But the real kicker? When I dared to call the firm again to follow up—hoping, foolishly, for a shred of decency—Mark had the audacity to threaten to call the police, claiming I was harassing him. Harassment? For trying to get basic service from a solicitor I was considering hiring? It’s laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. Thankfully, I’ve washed my hands of this disaster and found another solicitor who actually knows what client care means. It’s with absolute pleasure that I won’t be handing over my hard-earned money to such a rude, ignorant excuse for a professional. Mark’s attitude is a stain on S A M Solicitors, and if he’s any indication of their standards, I’d advise anyone with a shred of self-respect to steer clear of this firm entirely. Save yourself the headache—there are plenty of competent, respectful solicitors out there who won’t treat you like dirt. Stay far, far away from S A M Solicitors.
I had a terrible experience with S A M Solicitors due to their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and misleading promises. I first spoke with Megan, who assured me they could take on my case and asked me to send my documents. She said she would review them and get back to me ASAP. Two days later, when I followed up, she admitted she hadn't even checked my email yet but again promised to get back to me. After waiting again with no response, I called the firm. This time, Megan wasn’t available, and Mark picked up. He told me he would review my case and give me an answer by Monday. But today, when I followed up again, Mark gave me the same empty excuse, showing they had no intention of actually helping. When I rightfully questioned their unresponsiveness, Mark accused me of being rude and abusive—when in reality, they are the ones wasting people’s time and treating clients dismissively. This firm strung me along for days, giving me false hope, while my urgent legal matter remained unresolved. Their lack of professionalism, failure to follow through on their promises, and dismissive attitude make them completely unreliable. If you need serious legal representation, don’t waste your time with these people.
