Absolutely outstanding service! Worth their fees in gold. Partner Andrew Clark and senior associate Sam Alexander Lyon worked tirelessly on what started out as an easy transaction and quickly became more complicated than expected. They took the time to understand my positions, make me aware thoroughly of the risks, were very clearly excellent at communication with me. We managed to complete the transaction in time before the SDLT increase and get favourable position on the deal largely due to the excellent skills displayed by Andrew and Sam. As a solicitor myself, I cannot recommend them heavily enough (especially if your purchase/sale is one that has specific timelines).

I can’t recommend Steph Brayshay at SAS Daniels LLP enough. She was everything you’d hope for in a solicitor, responsive, incredibly efficient, and so patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand or was worried about. I’d spoken to a couple of solicitors before finding her, and had already experienced the typical delays and poor communication people often warn about when buying a property. But with Steph, it was the complete opposite, she was always one step ahead, kept me informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. A big thank you as well to Lizzy Crowther, her assistant, who had the same quality of service, lovely to deal with and always quick to help and keep me informed. I’d absolutely go back to SAS Daniels & Steph again for any future purchase, working with them was genuinely a pleasure.

By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. At the end of the tunnel, I would like to thank you for your extended support given throughout the Homebuying process. We were able to complete the transaction within a couple of months as there was a high level of coordination. They know the process very well and planned all steps of the conveyancing thoroughly (for an example conducting all anti money laundering checks early in the process saved us lots of time) Steph and Lydia were extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions comprehensively. Their responsiveness was incredible. All emails were addressed within a brief period of time and all calls were answered in the first ring. I have found them to be totally professional and hands-on providing updates on a regular basis and explaining what the process is and what to expect. It was a great experience with SAS solicitors and my transaction went really smooth! SAS Daniels wrote a will for myself and my now ex partner. The will cost over 2th pounds . Our relationship broke down, and when I contacted SAS Daniels they refused to help me cancel the will . SAS Daniels stating that there was a conflict of interests. Do not use SAS Daniels to write a will . I first used SAS Daniels to buy my property, and Sara was excellent. This was during Covid in 2020 , she ensured things went smoothly. So to sum up , SAS Daniels great at property, but avoid if making a will .
