If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. This firm is an absolute disgrace. They wasted my time, my money, and completely ruined my case.Shazia is the most unprofessional solicitor I have ever dealt with. Before taking my money, she called repeatedly. The moment payment was made, she disappeared. I never received a proper appointment, no communication, nothing. I had to beg the office staff just to speak to her, and every single time I was told she was “busy.” When I was finally offered an appointment, it was scheduled 6 months later completely unacceptable.The service is beyond disgusting. There is zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for clients. After they handled my case, I was left with no options and no help. I strongly warn everyone: do not trust this firm. They will take your money, ignore you, and destroy your case.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Solicitors – Saved My Licence! After thinking I could handle my traffic offence myself (which was looking like a guaranteed ban), I found Scarsdale Solicitors by the grace of God. From the first call with Shazia, I knew I was in the right hands. She was incredibly professional, honest, and direct — exactly the type of solicitors you want representing you. She offered me a free 30-minute Zoom consultation to fully understand my situation, even though they’re extremely busy and operate on very tight schedules. What really impressed me was their honesty — they don’t take on hopeless cases just for money. Shazia told me straight that it was an uphill battle because I’d already tried to fight it myself, but she also identified possible angles they could work with. The decision was left to me, and I’m so glad I trusted them. I was then passed to Mumtaz, my case handler, who was absolutely fantastic. I’ve kept my driving licence when I truly thought I was going to lose it. My only regret is not contacting Scarsdale from the very start instead of trying to handle it alone. Scarsdale are fantastic at what they do from the first phone call I was made to feel at ease with my case and communication from them was as good as you can expect. Despite my case looking like it would only go one way and that was having my license disqualified, Scarsdale managed to pull out all the stops and I still have my license no disqualification what I said from the first call that was what I needed. I couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough!!

Highly recommend! Shazia and her team are on top of everything, I walked into the court room expecting a 22 month driving ban and £4000 fine but due to the work that these guys put in luckily I walked out with 12 months.. the best of a bad situation to say the least I can’t thank Scarsdale enough from start to finish they helped me prepare for the court date and kept in contact afterwards ensuring everything was as good as it could possibly be

I found my self in a situation where I was facing a motoring offence. I contacted several different socilitors, I found that most socilitors wasn't very interested with a "Hi & Bye" conversation with overpriced fees until I contacted Scaradales. The initial phone call was a video conference call with someone from the office. Just to have a face to face social interaction instead of a phone call reassured me that I was going with the correct socilitors. There approach from the start, the way they handle whole situation was the reassurance I needed in this dark time. I was instructed a very good socilitor from day one. As an over thinker, everytime I phoned the office there was someone available to speak too. Everytime I needed advise I had full support from the scarsdale team. They also helped me with a payment plan which took the financial burden off my shoulders. Eventually, I got the result I wanted. I wouldn't of been able to do it without the help and support scarsdale provided. If you are reading this review and are facing a similar situation. Please don't hesitate! Don't waste time!
