⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very positive experience with Scott Hyman & Co while purchasing my property. My solicitor, Zean Mahmood, was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed at every stage, explained things clearly, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. The process can be stressful, but Zean handled everything efficiently and gave me confidence from exchange through to completion. We were recommended here by estate agent for house sale. Lily was assigned to our case, but Rachel & Sonia also contributed. All terms and conditions were set out at the start. The process took ages because of issue with buyers and a non- responding landlord but Lily was always pleasant and calm when we spoke and did her best to move forward. Completion happened quickly at the end. Lily produced accurate accounts very quickly on the same day. Thank you.

We had a very disappointing experience with this firm during my house purchase. Communication was consistently poor — calls were rarely returned and emails often went unanswered for days. We frequently received mixed or contradictory messages from different people, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. There was a clear lack of punctuality, with promised updates not delivered and deadlines missed without explanation. We were often left uninformed about the progress of my case and had to chase repeatedly for basic information. To make matters worse, the originally quoted fee proved to be inaccurate, and we were only informed of additional costs on the afternoon of the house move itself, which caused significant additional distress at an already highly stressful time. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and made what is already a stressful process far more difficult than it needed to be.
