I cannot recommend Scott-Moncrieff anywhere near enough. My lawyer, Terence Channer, provided an exemplary service from start to finish, making it clear what the process of my claim against the police was looking like and the probable avenues it would go down. He communicated promptly and with professionalism, while retaining the kind of human touch that is needed to support these kinds of legal actions. He worked hard to ensure a clear and transparent trial process and his choice of barrister to represent the claim no doubt helped to secure a successful outcome. I hesitate to say it was a wonderful time, but Channer made what was a daunting task seem manageable and was there at the right time with the advice, support and resources needed to pursue the claim to its winning end.
