I was represented by Terence Channer of Scott-Moncrieff & Associates in my legal action against Greater Manchester Police. My case was very lengthy, largely due to the police’s repeated delays and lack of timely responses. Throughout the process, Terence was consistently responsive, thorough, and demonstrated a wide depth of knowledge in dealing with GMP. His communication was clear, and I always felt that he was fully engaged and on top of every detail of my case. After a long lead-up, my case was listed for a jury trial. The police’s representatives initially put forward a derisory and frankly insulting offer.
