Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I recently completed both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one, and the team at SGC Solicitors made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly well-organised. Their communication was flawless every update was clear, timely, and reassuring. What stood out the most was how genuinely supportive, patient, and knowledgeable they were throughout. Buying and selling at the same time can be overwhelming, but they handled everything with such professionalism and care that I felt confident the whole way through. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. We recently used SGC Solicitors for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. SGC solicitors have redefined for me what the conveyancing process should be like. Before SGC, I thought it was normal to wait days for answers for simple emails, to have to chase things up multiple times to be sure the work was getting done, etcetera. We had Simon working for us and he was just on another level with efficiency. He'd done everything before I even thought to ask about it, replied to emails always same day, often within minutes. The service was so good it made me feel almost like I was their only customer, which clearly I am not. Our transaction was stressful, we had to find another buyer and start again. But with Simon and the team's help we were able to take the new chain from offer to exchange within a month. Incredible. Thank you very much, I am sure I would have gone crazy without such an efficient and incredible team... I would use and heartily recommend Simon & the SGC team again without hesitation, but really hope this is the last move of my life!
