From the very first point of contact we could feel that ‘Jane’ was on board. Our case was complex and extraordinary, it took a long time to complete but we were always given time and consideration, even before our legal aid was granted. Jane appreciated our passion and even navigated our frustrations with a professional yet approachable attitude. We worked together with Jane as a family, we were not left out or shut out of discussions and she was always happy to follow up with a personal phone call for clarity or reassurance, often out of hours. I would absolutely recommend Sharratts and in particular Jane for any family going through the process of Kinship care. Jane has a passion for this subject and a very open mind which is often needed when dealing with these emotive and often difficult situations. The outcome for us is extremely positive; now being the very proud guardians of our grandchild. Had we not of had the support and advocacy that Jane provided, the outcome would have been very different. Most importantly, Jane listened to us, answered our questions, supported our decisions, validated our input and stood with us from beginning to end. Before dealing with Jane i dealt with two other solicitors, who sadly did not know enough about SGO’s. I was recommended Jayne and oh wow from the minute we were in touch i knew she was a consummate professional and we were so impressed with her efficiency. I had Kiran Jassal representing me and wow, I couldn't have got a better representation. She instructed a really good barrister for me and did her job extremely well. Cannot recommend these solicitors enough always got time to discuss even the minor problems. They have represented me through one of the hardest times in my life and for that i will always be grateful. Jane and her staff are brilliant always made me feel like part of the team always updating me and always had a listening ear ....absolutely brilliant !!!!
