Awesome, I can not speak highly enough of ShenSmith Law. I was in a very time sensitive situation and they, James and Rajinder in particular could not have done any more to help, reassure and guide me through the exact steps needed as prior to instructing ShenSmith Law the case had dragged on for close to two years and it appeared to be a lost cause. My experience with Shensmith Barristers was enlightening and reassuring. I would highly recommend them for Intellectual Property cases. Speaking with Mr Daniel Shensmith quickly put me at ease. He listened attentively, asked the right questions and walking me through the law, citing cases that were similar to mine and rulings that suggested that I had not infringed copyright laws. He went the extra mile by gaining access to the backend of my website to ensure that the way the image in question was uploaded to the site was within legal requirements. His patience whilst I looked for login details was exemplary. At no time did I feel harried. The letter he drafted to my I’ll-advised pursuers was impressive and factual. I am glad I chose them to act on my behalf and will do it again.
