What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with this practise. After unfortunately having an horrendous time with another solicitors I was very reluctant to seek another however these have been outstanding. There’s no “I’ll get them to call you back” and no calls back, I got to speak to meaghan straight away, she was interested and genuinely wanted to help. It’s a very rare document but actually wanted to help me. Extremely proactive emailed me straight away, and made a home visit to my elderly grandad before Christmas. Couldn’t genuinely ask for anything better. She was excellent with him and she’s had his seal of approval ha! Thankyou for all your help. X
