Absolutely awful - DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars I would. What can I possibly say about this company. They did not follow instruction and left us to do the work. As part of our house sale we had to extend the lease which can take months. Our real estate agent asked the solicitor to do this in June, we found out in August she had not bothered. We then completed this ourselves which pushed our moving date back months. For the mess they made of our move they offered us a laughable reduction in fees, taking off only the cost of the lease extension which we did ourselves. If you would like to experience severe depression this is fine, otherwise avoid this company. The one positive I can say is that when our original solicitor left (to which we weren’t informed) we were assigned Suryana who was very empathetic and efficient.

The worst experience. Promised to help us finish our buying process in 12-14 weeks and it took almost 6 months. We ended up getting the key from the property 3 days before our mortgage offer expired, and that only after tens of phone calls from my side. Charged us (with no exageration) 50% more than the initial quote. Very bad communications, sometimes taking a full week to answer a simple email. And now, after all that I cannot get hold of them neither by phone or email after requesting a document to be able to register our property for service charge. Awful
