From the moment I requested a quote through to completion, the service from Simpson Jones has been absolutely outstanding. Elly and Lucy were simply incredible – professional, efficient, and always one step ahead. They seamlessly managed the sale of my house, dealing with the inevitable little bumps in the road without troubling me unnecessarily. Their communication was second to none – I never waited more than an hour for an email reply, and the app gave me a really clear visual reference of the progress being made. As completion approached, Elly kept in regular contact by phone and did an exceptional job managing some very poor solicitors further down the chain. She handled everything with skill and professionalism, keeping the whole process moving. On completion day, even my buyer commented that he wished he’d instructed Elly! I honestly couldn’t recommend Simpson Jones highly enough – they made what could have been a stressful process smooth and straightforward.

Joanne Jones and Cat Pinchbeck have been excellent during the sale and purchase process. This is not the first time my husband and I have used Simpson Jones and I have no issues with recommending them. The communication is so important during the house moving process and Joanne and Cat were in regular contact through the entire process, with excellent support and information provided. This is the third time we have used Simpson Jones and would not go anywhere else. Cat and Jo were absolutely brilliant at dealing with our complicated, stressful, and very long-winded sale and purchase, with a great sense of humour to keep us going. We felt that we were taken care of and advised honestly and professionally at every step of the way and that they genuinely care about their clients. Every team member we came into contact with was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient and we had complete trust that they would go above and beyond to get us into our new home. We’ll actually miss our catch ups with Cat, which I’m sure is an unusual thing to say about your conveyancer!
