I would love to give a higher rating to Simpson Millar, and I know it is not just down to them and also RPS, but the amount of time this has taken is ridiculous. Since March I have had no contact from SM and it took me calling in November 24 to get this moving along, making a complaint and complaining to RPS to receive my payment in January 25 when this began in Jan 21. Had I known I could have gone through RPS and dealt with them directly I would have. I'm still grateful to SM for getting there eventually though

I have fortunately never needed this kind of help before , so don't have anything to compare with. I would certainly like to say that once Jason took over my case I was better informed as to what was going on and he helped me to navigate the technology which I did not understand how to use. He was understanding and helpful. Thank you for all your help.

Would highly recommend. Being 1 of 1000’s of employees who faced redundancy during covid I wasn’t expecting much in terms of compensation that wasn’t already deemed by the government. However I was pleasantly surprised with what I received this week. Great communication, stress-free process and professional through out.

My case went on for quite some time and Simpson millar took over my case when they took over the company I was originally with. They were very communicative and my solicitor Tina was really kind, always took her time to listen and worked really hard to get me the best settlement that she could.
