Obviously I will not go into details of my case but Nathalie from Simpson Millar has been by my side throughout what have been a very difficult few years. Her knowledge, advice and moreover tenacity to not just get closure on this matter for me, but get the right outcome has been way beyond expectations and previous experiences with other providers. Nathalie has been in constant contact with me with updates and reassurance, she has been professional, and despite having mountains to climb she has been efficient and determined. I cannot thank Nathalie and indeed Simpson Millar enough for fighting for justice for me and obtaining a very good result. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much.

Following a personal accident where I tripped and fell due to a missing channel gulley in a car park, I contacted Simpson Millar Solicitors. They were very efficient at the start, although I noticed I was being passed between different solicitors initially. Eventually, I was assigned a consistent solicitor, Amy, who was excellent throughout. Amy was very efficient, kept me updated regularly via email, and sometimes arranged phone catch-ups to discuss progress. With her guidance, the entire process was straightforward and well-managed. Overall, I am happy with the outcome and would recommend Simpson Millar Solicitors based on my experience.

The team at Simpson Millar were excellent. Both the sale and purchase of my homes were completed by separate teams but were linked in well and although not always able to answer my calls, would always respond via e-mail / return call to respond my queries / concerns in a timely manner. Both teams were extremely thorough and professional. The service provided was also excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. Although I am not planning to move again any time soon, would not hesitate to use services provided!
