Delays, delays and more delays. Simple wills, practically pre-written, not completed and no sign of a draft after 3 months of chasing and excuses. A further 10 days to retrieve the paperwork provided. At aged 74 and 78 respectively we cannot afford to waste valuable time with an unprofessional firm of so-called experts. Shame on you - and a warning to any prospective customer.

Have just finished dealing with Michael Llewellyn who was excellent in every respect. He was very polite, extremely helpful and patient and very pleasant in his manner and personal approach. He was like true professionals used to be rather than the often impatient and unhelpful manner encountered with many today. Furthermore his work was always accurate even though we changed our minds on several occasions. Finally he was extremely punctual and well informed at all times.
