I approached this service in good faith during an extremely difficult period, expecting a neutral, structured, and professionally run process. What I experienced instead was unpleasant and, at times, distressing. Basic procedural standards were not followed. From early on, it was clear that my position and objectives had not been properly established or understood, and I repeatedly had to stop discussions simply to clarify what I was seeking. Even then, suggestions were made that directly conflicted with those aims, giving the strong impression that the process was not being conducted impartially. Legitimate attempts to provide relevant documentation were refused outright, without review. Communication via the service allowed misleading and inaccurate statements to pass unchallenged, and when these issues were raised, they were ignored rather than addressed. Rather than helping to manage or de-escalate a high-conflict situation, the service appeared to enable it. I also found certain remarks made during the process to be inappropriate, dismissive, and indicative of bias. Comments that trivialised my concerns or framed my role in a reductive way were particularly troubling and wholly unacceptable in a professional mediation setting. Progress was minimal, confidence in the process was completely eroded, and the experience caused significant emotional harm. Ultimately, I felt unheard, unsupported, and worse off for having engaged with the service. I would strongly caution anyone considering mediation to think carefully. In my experience, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations of neutrality, professionalism, and safeguarding.

Susan Oswald was a very tactful and knowledgeable mediator. She has advised us both on our financial matters in two sessions which I was particularly impressed of because she has provided more information than my previous solicitor had done over the last five months. however, you have to make up your own mind what to do with this information and consult your own solicitor. I just thought Susan was an expert in what she does. also impressive that my estranged husband did not storm out a session at any point!

Really poor. Would advise strongly against using. Particularly for mediation. Very overpriced too.

I would advise any father fighting for contact or access to their children at court..if referred to this company for the use of a court reporter..to refuse to see Susan Oswald ..this so called educated and intelligent woman was given by myself texts/photos etc of my ex wife's threats/past no shows at court ,contact meetings etc but still found it "difficult to understand " that after 8 years of seeing my sons every week/weekend/holidays etc they no longer wanted to see me. Spent a lot more time with my ex than I even after telling her I had more to tell and show her.. I have now spent 5 years separated from my sons partly due to Oswalds ridiculous report.. stay clear Dads
