We worked with Sleek on an SEIS compliance filing for a start-up biotech company. The team at Sleek was very professional throughout the process. Their rates are extremely reasonable. They understood the preparation and filing process and coached me through it. After a fast sales experience, my one critique is that preparation and filing process did take much longer than I expected that it would. This was due to slow responses to emails throughout, some unexpected complexity in filing strategy, and then over a week to go from completed drafts to submitting. However, given the affordable rate and the volume of work they must deal with, everything worked out and I am satisfied with the experience. Our submissions were accepted with no questions, and the Sleek team prepared the SEIS3 forms very quickly.

I’ve worked with several firms on SEIS before, but Sleek have been the best by far. Joshua, Akshit, and Toby were professional, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail — the whole Advance Assurance process was clean, simple, and fast. Fees were reasonable and the communication throughout was excellent. If you want a team that knows what they’re doing and just get it done properly, I’d highly recommend Sleek.

Sleek have done my accounts for several years. I'm a freelance TV producer and their swift and no fuss approach really works for me. I sent them my tax stuff yesterday, I got a swift response from Akshit, and now my tax is all paid! Happy days.

I haven’t had the best experience working with Sleek. Offerings and pricing changed rapidly since month 1. In case of any support or confirmation required, team goes silent and wouldn’t reply until query is raised on their website (this happened twice within the first couple of weeks). Seems like their accountants or sales teams are not empowered to resolve issues by themselves. For a smaller firm who require hands on communication and support, I wouldn’t recommend Sleek. Might be easier to go with a more established accounting firm. Updated review: Since raising these concerns, James from Sleek reached out personally and was highly responsive and professional in addressing the issues. Since then, the team has shown a noticeable improvement in communication and support. Queries are now handled promptly, and there’s been a clear effort to rebuild trust and deliver a more consistent, reliable service. While my experience started off on the wrong foot, I’m encouraged by the turnaround and now feel more confident in the partnership. It’s clear that Sleek has taken the feedback seriously and is working to ensure a better customer experience going forward.
