Cant recommend Grainne at Small & Marken enough. The knowledge, assistance and advice was fantastic in helping my parents purchase their house. Quick responses to emails and calls was very reassuring. Though we had a few issues with the vendor, a great solicitor and estate agent made the process a lot easier and less stressful.
