I have used smalleys many times over the past decade but I’ve been trying to sell two flats and the sale has fallen through once already as the buyer lost interest after 9 months. My second sale was due to complete two weeks ago but things were held up and subsequently I’ve sent many emails but feel it’s falling on deaf ears . I just don’t feel valued or appreciated by anyone. I could go into detail but can’t mentally deal with it anymore.
