I recently engaged Smith Benedict & Co for the second time for the legal aspects of purchasing investment properties, and unfortunately, my experience both times has been profoundly disappointing. The most recent interaction with their team left much to be desired. There were significant delays in responding to my queries and in the verification of essential documents. These delays were so severe that I had to personally request the developers to extend the timeline for exchanging contracts, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty in an already complex process. Despite being referred to them twice, I regret to say that the level of professionalism demonstrated falls far short of expectations. Communication was inadequate, with emails often going unanswered for days, if not weeks. Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail in verifying crucial documents reflects poorly on their competence and commitment to client satisfaction. As someone who values efficiency and reliability in professional services, I cannot in good conscience recommend Smith Benedict & Co to others. My experiences with them have been marred by frustration and unnecessary complications, casting doubt on their ability to deliver satisfactory results. In conclusion, I urge prospective clients to exercise caution when considering Smith Benedict & Co for their legal needs. It is essential to entrust such critical matters to a firm that values professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction - qualities that, unfortunately, seem to be lacking in my interactions with them.

We instructed Paragon Legals (now Smith Benedict & Co) for the conveyancing of our auction purchase. The entire conveyancing team was prompt, efficient and extremely professional. They managed the transaction in a clear and transparent manner.
