I had a Zoom call with Sam about my dance school accounts and honestly he was brilliant!! Super thorough, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and wasn’t pushy at all,just genuinely helpful. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about the people he works with. I've only been with Sam and his team for 6 months and I cannot fault their service. They are quick to respond, very knowledgable and above all, always happy to explain things and spend time ensuring you understand fully. I have had multiple calls with Sam himself to discuss more scary aspects of the business like VAT and payroll and have always experienced 100% professionalism.
