The criminal law team at SMQ legal do not believe in their clientele. They allowed me to be imprisoned for 6 months knowing I was innocent with documentation. I made the mistake of referring my family member to them to seek a legal defence and they didn’t even know the details of the case when it came to the trial date. My associate was reassured that he will get a good defence they reassured me that he was in the best hands. SMQ legal did not give a good standard of defence in the court room and I advise to go elsewhere for legal support. My family member was found guilty and is due to be sentenced this week, SMQ legal did not bring justice instead They brought prosecution to their defendant. Do not use these lawyers. I have personally used SMQ for 10 years. I have a new law firm now.

I used SMQ recently for a driving offence. As a company I found them fantastic to deal with from start to finish. My solicitor Charlotte Frizzell was superb and fantastic on the day in court. I would like to thank Suezanne and Hannah from Kidlington branch for assisting me evicting a problematic tenant.
