The job was completed efficiently within a three-month timeframe, which was positive. However, communication was poor; I had to follow up multiple times regarding important matters, and the team appeared complacent when contacted. I believe that without my involvement, the project would have been delayed by at least another month. This is not intended as a negative review—I wouldn’t necessarily recommend against using this firm, but I also wouldn’t explicitly endorse them. Considering the alternatives, this company may still be a safer choice compared to others in the market.

Great service from Solicitors direct. Leon handled the conveyancing work and did so in a friendly, professional manner with great communication. Alex is very knowledgeable and both of them kept me informed throughout the process. Competitively priced and I would highly recommend. Thank you!
