Millie has been brilliant while supporting me with my remortgage, particularly with the Help to Buy redemption process. She has been incredibly helpful throughout, always quick to respond and consistently attentive. The process itself wasn’t straightforward but Millie made everything feel far more manageable from start to finish. I really appreciated how personable and friendly she was throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. A real credit to the team.

Although my case did not start well with the first solicitor, who was not professional, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Vicky and William. They were highly professional, responsive, and guided me step by step through the entire process of purchasing my new home. I am very grateful for their support and professionalism throughout. Not great ; me and my partner are first time buyers , we sort a mortgage advisor who was brilliant walked us through it all , recommended sort legal and from the start doing the the online stuff was okay , but as soon as we were assigned a representative it went pear shaped , it was like her information was from a different source, wrong info though we were cash buyers not getting a mortgage, she couldn’t get her head around our deposit amount and how much we had and then when she asked for the proof of funds which we sent and we’re all legitimate, we got an email saying they were closing our case and we couldn’t proceed further as it didn’t meet there policy, still waiting for a refund of the money we paid and they are taking a £30 fee for it all , and it seems they won’t give any explanation as to why or what’s flagged up as suspicious, our mortgage advisor is baffled too as everything her end was green and a go….. I guess we’ll just have to find someone else , terrible experience for us as first time buyers
