I came here for employment law advice and my expectations were exceeded. The organisation, friendliness and overall experience for a free service was superb. I am very grateful for everyone who serves here, such a brilliant service for Londoners who don't have access to legal advice.

I had an excellent experience with the SWLAC. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They provided clear and practical advice, addressing all my concerns with patience and understanding. Highly recommended for anyone in need of legal assistance!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at SWLAC. They have been a real help when I have needed support on a couple of occasions. After a very stressful 12 months they have just finished helping me successfully defend myself against a fraudulent claim. I’d really like to give a big shout of thanks to Elaine and all of the other lawyers giving their time and effort to this very capable charity. Highly recommended.

Philippa and her team at the South Westminster Legal Advice Centre provided an exceptional, expeditious and empathetic service. I had been seeking legal advice for several months before being directed to this service. Having had trouble with a previous employer and being left without employment, I was not in the position to pay the standard deposit or consultation fee required by most law firms and experts. After sending over a large number of documents to Philippa, she responded in less than a week with a very detailed and tailored response which detailed all my options and the legal difficulties I would likely experience going forward. I was very impressed with the response I received, it was above and beyond the level of detail I had anticipated. It also showed the high level of care and compassion the volunteers at the centre have for the people they are helping. Thanks again. Rob
