From my first contact with Rachel, the conversation with Glenn and subsequent handling of the case by Jumaal and overview by Arj I have been hugely impressed with Spires. Not only by the professionalism and legal expertise but also by the empathy and understanding of our situation in not only personal but cost terms. Jumaal, was great in the lead up to the trial and always available to discuss the case, occasionally at short notice. His advice was sound and performance in court was excellent, and this, coupled with excellent preparedness won the day. I always felt I was working with a team and very happy to recommend and no hesitation to use again if necessary.

Arj is amazing, he has helped me twice now, and always provides expert advice in a prompt and timely manner. He is very quick to grasp complex issues, and provides an honest opinion allowing you to decide on the best course of action. Fees are very reasonable and fair.

Appalling service (or lack of). Using Ken Ragon Chambers completely wasted two and a half months, a lot of money and has put my action for debt recovery back by months. Uncommunicative, never returned calls or emails, uninterested in the case and a completely cavalier attitude to my cause. Recommend they are avoided at all costs.
