I am an italian girl who had a dream in Oxford, I am undertaking a free research in neurodiversity supported by the Lewis Carroll Society in Oxford. I worked really hard along the whole pandemic and after, I have adhd which has a strong emotional impact in my life daily results in every dimension of my life, impairments which put together are recognised as a disability. as a HR I heard about citizen advisors, then acas, who were able to address me towards the right lawyers to support my case. It would be very hard to summarize everything I went through in a review, allow me to say before getting to know with Spires Legal I was not aware of my rights and consequent recognized damage my previous company caused me. I certainly knew my dismissal was unfair because of discrimination. I never wanted to bother anyone to support me in my life I always accepted to lose, to surrender in front of my difficulties, I knew this time I could be supported regardless the final results. I felt I won the day I decided to send to my company a message even just to make them reflect in the aftermath. Mr Glenn exceeded all my expectations through all his effort and passion to support people alone and struggling with their potential. I am absolutely amazed at the level of care attentiveness and effort you put in my case. This means It was not all in my mind, This means I am believing I could be goot at my work This means I am believing in my skills again This means I can. This means they did not reject me because I could not but because of injustice. This means I have hope to grow professionally again. All of this thanks to you. I am believing in good people again. I’ve had businesses for over 20 years. I’ve never had an easy time with solicitors but when I dealt with Jumaal at Spires Legal everything was made easy and straight forward. Despite the other side solicitors making the transaction very difficult, Jumaal followed through kept things simple and got a complex transaction done quickly. I will always be using Jumaal and the team at Spires Legal in the future without hesitation.

I have nothing but regret for choosing this Solicitors over the others I had quotes from. I do not believe they've acted in my best interest at all, and I'd recommend that you avoid them. **Update 2**: As expected, even after paying their ransom, they are making further excuses to not send me my files. Hire this company at your peril! **Update**: I'm glad they've replied below as it's very telling to any reader. Note that their comment states: “I note that you have emailed the firm in the past saying you were happy with our services.” This never happened. I invite them to provide the date and time of this alleged email. I've noticed they've made similar claims on other bad reviews here. Also the 5* reviews don't read particularly genuine to me - see for yourself. For clarity, all the work I instructed them to do has already been paid in full. The dispute is over additional fees that I didn't agree to. I am glad to see that in this public forum they have finally admitted that they are withholding my file documents until I pay these disputed charges. That is, by definition, holding documents to ransom. Why they were unwilling to make that admission in private correspondence over the past week is beyond me. Let’s see if now, having made this public statement, they will actually release the documents once I pay under protest. Furthermore, it is highly inappropriate for a solicitor to share details of a client’s private case in a public forum. Doing so breaches their duty of confidentiality under the SRA Code of Conduct (para 6.3) and the SRA Principles (2, 5, 6 and 7), which require solicitors to act with integrity, uphold public trust, and act in the best interests of their clients. It also breaches the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, as any details of my case are personal data that must not be disclosed without consent or lawful basis. I am reporting this to the ICO and SRA. All of you that have had similar experiences feel free to contact me I'm easy enough to reach.

I could not have been happier with the professional and competent handling of my case by the whole team at Spires Legal. They had a real problem with the Insurance Company they were dealing with which they handled extremely well. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
