Shockingly Rude and Disrespectful Service – Completely Unacceptable! My parents recently visited Sri Kanth & Co Solicitors (Wembley) based on the many good reviews, but the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the start, Mr. Srikanth was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. When he asked my parents to sign some documents, they calmly explained that they had been advised differently from India. Instead of responding professionally, he became angry and arrogant, saying things like how dare they teach him his job and that he knows better. Despite my parents repeatedly apologising and trying to remain respectful, he continued shouting at them, refused to help further, and threw the papers back at them. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and humiliating. We never expected this level of disrespect, arrogance, and poor service from a solicitors’ firm with such reviews. The way my parents were treated was unacceptable. I would not recommend Sri Kanth & Co Solicitors to anyone. Extremely rude, disrespectful, poor service, and complete rubbish. This was not the kind of service we were expecting at all.
