The customer service and basic communication surprisingly bad. All my voicemails have been ignored with no calls returned. It took two months to get through to request a document be re-sent, when I did receive it the accountant didn’t even acknowledge the document and have not even started my rebate process even though it’s been half a year. It’s amazing how they operate. I only went with them as they had a five start rating on google. Read my comment before seeking their financial assistance.
